Philippians 4:19 says, “My God will supply all your needs according to His riches…” We look at our situation and think that we’ll never have enough or we’ll never make it through this. But it’s not according to what you have, it’s according to what He has. The good news is, God owns it all.
Have you ever thought about the fact that the victories you saw in your past weren’t just your own doing? It was because God favored you that you made it through a difficult time, that you had an unexpected break, that everything turned around for no apparent reason. If God’s loving hand had not been on your life, you would not be where you are now!
God’s favor can take you where you cannot go on your own. Deep down you have to know there is something about you that is indefinable. It can’t be measured, can’t be put on paper, and can’t be explained. Other people won’t be able to figure it out. All they know is that you have it. There is something about you they like, something that causes you to succeed. That’s the gracious hand of God.
You have the favor of Almighty God. He has lined up the perfect people and circumstances for your future. Every blessing in your life is His gracious hand at work. His favor is taking you where you could never have gone on your own.
God made you like you are on purpose. If people are making fun of you or causing you to feel overly self-conscious, just shake it off. Don’t let their comments or actions stick to you.
Don’t be discouraged by what you can see; be encouraged by what you can’t see! Put your shoulders back and go out with faith and confidence knowing that His gracious hand is upon you!
God works where there’s faith, where there’s expectancy. Take the limits off of Him. Dare to say, “God, I’m asking You to do what You promised. Make my head swim, amaze me with Your goodness. Show me Your blessings in my life.”
Declare all through the day, “God, I want to thank You that You’ve put destiny genes in my future, that where I am is not where I’m staying. I may not see how it can happen, but I know You’ve already figured it out.”
