Dave Meyer and Joyce Meyer have been married for 54 years and are blessed with 4 Children, two daughters, and two sons namely Laura Marie Holtzmann, Sandra Ellen McCollom, Daniel B. Meyer, and David Meyer.

Dave Meyer who is a Veteran in the United States Military has been a supportive pillar of his wife’s ministry and the Hand of Hope section of Meyer’s Ministry.

Joyce Meyer, an American Charismatic Christian author, speaker, and head of Joyce Meyer Ministries, is 76 years old this year. Joyce lives outside of St. Louis, Missouri, with her husband Dave.

Dave Meyer once said: “As her husband, it brings a smile to my face to see Joyce’s commitment to God and this ministry—to witness her consistency day after day, week after week, year after year. She can’t do anything without God’s grace, but it also requires a lot of effort. Joyce is so faithful, and I am continually amazed.”

Joyce Meyer once said: “Dave is always willing to quickly forgive me when I have done something wrong toward him. Dave is very patient when I’m late. Dave picks up after himself, does the dishes at night, tells me to rest. He tells me every day he loves me. He hugs me and compliments me on my clothes or the way that I look.”

Joyce Meyer shared: “He’s very protective of me. I always feel safe when I’m with Dave. In every situation in life, there are good things that people do and there are things that you don’t like. And one of the ways that we can display love is by keeping a record of the good things and not keeping a record of the bad things. Love takes no account of the evil done to it. You know, we need to value other people. We need to be committed. Love is committed for the long haul.”
